Terms and Conditions for Sauna Installation Quote
- Validity of Quote
- This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Prices are subject to change after the expiration date.
- Acceptance of Quote
- Your signature or written confirmation constitutes acceptance of this quote and initiates the installation process.
- Scope of Work
- This quote includes the professional installation of the sauna.
- Additional features (e.g., add-on equipment) and any work not explicitly listed are considered extra and will require separate pricing upon agreement.
- Site Preparation
The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is prepared according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and any local building codes. This includes:- A level, structurally sound foundation capable of supporting the sauna’s weight.
- Adequate space for the sauna and access for installation.
- Proper electrical wiring in place, with the necessary outlet installed prior to installation.
- Note: Our technicians do not provide hardwiring services; this must be completed by a licensed electrician.
- Failure to meet these site preparation requirements may result in additional charges or delays in installation.
- Payment Terms
- A deposit of 90% of the total quote is due upon acceptance.
- For Delivery and Installs this is 90% of the total cost including delivery and installation
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
- Accepted payment methods include ACH, wire transfer, and credit card.
- Credit card payments will include 3%
- Changes to Scope of Work
- Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing.
- Changes may affect the final price and installation timeline.
- Cancellation Policy
- Either party may cancel this agreement with 48 hours’ written notice.
- If the customer cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or if a failed visit occurs (e.g., site not prepared), a charge of $250.00 will apply.
- Warranty
- The sauna installation includes a 15-day warranty against defects in workmanship.
- Sauna components are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Liability
- The installer is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the customer’s failure to properly prepare the site or maintain the sauna.
